Answer
Four short pages about your days, your plate, and how planning goes now. About four minutes.
Get your checklists
A daily and a weekly review built around your capacity, your energy, and where planning usually breaks for you.
Run one today
Ten minutes using the built-in timer. Checklists save your progress and reset themselves. AI is optional at the end.
Your answers NEVER leave this page. The data is saved in your browser. No account, no email, nothing sent anywhere.
Pick everything that applies. This is how your checklists get built around what your plate actually holds.
The things that keep you human. A workout, a walk, coffee in silence, bedtime with your kids. These stay on the plan no matter what.
Typing optional. Tap the mic and just talk.
Add your first name so your checklists sound like yours.
Up to three. Big and honest beats polished. "Get the business off the ground." "Actually sleep." "The house move."
One per line, or tap the mic and list them out loud. Anything with more than a couple of steps counts: a launch, a trip to plan, a room to redo, a job search.
The immovable stuff your plans have to bend around. Think about your work schedule even if it varies week to week. Your kid's events, pick ups/drop offs, commute etc.
Add at least one priority to plan around.
No judgment. Your checklists get guardrails built around exactly these.
Beyond the baseline chaos. Real capacity, on a normal day.
Pick what matters. This shapes the questions Claude will ask you.
Optional, and the messier the better. Tap the mic and talk it out: the thing you keep putting off, the season you're in, what a good week feels like. Raw beats polished here.
Typing optional. Tap the mic and just talk.

Your two checklists as empty templates, for the days you would rather do the whole thing with a pen.
Built from your words. Read it over, print it, and slot the rest in by hand.

Make it permanent
These checklists work on paper. If you use Claude, one paste turns them into a skill: Claude runs your Daily Flow and Weekly Reset with you, holds your capacity line, and remembers exactly where planning breaks for you. AI is brilliant at thinking with you. This is how you make it remember you, too.
Already finished the Compass? This works hand in hand with it. Your compass sets the direction, your vision, values, and goals; these reviews run your days and weeks around it.
In Claude: paste this into a Project's instructions, or simply paste it into a chat and say "save this as a skill so we can run my reviews anytime." One paste, and it knows you from then on.
A checklist is the ritual. It still needs a home.
These two checklists will genuinely change how your days feel. I also want to be honest about the ceiling, because I hit it myself.
A checklist tells you what to do each morning. It cannot hold what the steps produce: the tasks you swept, the deadlines you flagged, the plans you wrote down. If those land in a notes app, two texts to yourself, and a sticky note, you are back to holding the week in your head by Thursday.
That is the difference between a routine and a system. The routine is ten minutes. The system is the one place everything the routine produces gets to live. For me that place is Notion: my projects, my tasks, and every review I have ever done, in one calm home. On a normal day I never look at the whole thing. I do the two or three things on my plate, and the system holds the rest so my head does not have to.
The Elevated Life System
The exact Notion system I run my whole life on. A full-time job, content creation, a toddler, my daily curiosity rabbit holes, and one calm place where all of it lives.
- Built for tired brains: your daily view shows only what's on your plate today, never the whole system.
- The full review rhythm: your daily and weekly get a home, plus the monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews that never repeat each other.
- Designed to work with AI: structured inputs for your prompts, and a real home for every plan and review they produce.
